If you need to return your order of contact lenses for any reasons, it should be done within 30 days of purchase and you should secure your contact lenses in the original packaging or a sturdy box and write a note in details the reasons of the return with your invoice. Please DO NOT return contact lens boxes in any types of envelopes. Please contact us at 604-298-8324 once you sent it out and allow 2 to 3 weeks for your in-store credit or refund to be issued.
All our lenses come originally from the suppliers and properly sealed. Any problems with the lenses purchase from us or if you suspect that they are defective, Please do not wear them and contact us immediately. The defective lenses will be examined and determined by the manufactures and an in-store credit will be issued after that.
If your prescription changes and the contact lens boxes dispensed to you are unexpired and unopened, new prescription contact lens will be sent to you and you will have to pay the shipping charges. An exchange for a higher dollar amount from your original purchase, you need to pay for the difference and call our customer service for details at 604-298-8324 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org
We always make sure the optical frames issued to you are original product from the suppliers. They are new optical frames authentic from the original manufactures and we examine all optical frames that we need to send out and make sure they have no defect from the frame front to the nose pads to the hinges to the two arms. Because there are many counterfeits in the market, and we try to let our customers have the best price with the best products, we do not accept return unless when the frame is defective. Defect will be examined and determined by the manufacturers, and in-store credit or refund will be issued. If you are located in the greater Vancouver area, you are welcome to come to our store and fit the lenses with your prescription, because we need to have proper measurements of your pupil distance and all the parameter needed to make bi-focal or multi-focal lenses.
